U.S. Embassy Libreville Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program

The Public Diplomacy Section invites proposals for programs that strengthen ties between the U. S. and Gabon by highlighting our shared values and promoting bilateral cooperation.

All programs must have a clear nexus to U. S. foreign policy objectives, and contribute to U. S. Embassy Libreville’s


efforts to make the United States safer, stronger, and more prosperous; and/or showcase U. S. excellence in various fields, including emerging technologies.
