U.S. Embassy Windhoek PDS Notice of Funding

PD Windhoek invites proposals for projects that strengthen networks between the people of the United States and the people of Namibia.

All programs MUST include a significant American component, such as (but not limited to) building connections with U. S. experts, organizations, or projects that


promote U. S. values, increase connections between U. S. and Namibian people and institutions, and/or support U. S. Embassy goals of promoting government transparency and accountability, economic prosperity, energy, science and technology, cybersecurity, AI, and advancing sports and cultural excellency.

The proposed activities should be executed in Namibia (in-person or hybrid or virtually).Funds are limited.

PD Windhoek receives numerous proposals each year, but due to limited resources, only a small number can be funded even though many are of high quality.

Applicants are encouraged to submit proposals with realistic budgets
